Mrs. Fulton's Visual Art Students Complete Elements of Art Unit Mrs. Fulton's Visual Art Students Complete Elements of Art Unit

Mrs. Fulton’s Visual Arts classes have completed a unit on the basic elements of art.   They are the “building blocks” used to create any visual art piece.  These elements are color, form, line, shape, space, texture, and value.  Without them, it would be impossible for an artist to create art.  At the end of the unit, students had to design a jigsaw puzzle using any of the seven elements of art.  They also had to share their puzzles with a classmate to ensure they could put their drawings back together.

As a class project, the students worked in small groups to create one large jigsaw puzzle for the WCHS Administrators to solve.  Needless to say, Mrs. Fulton, her students, and the administrators all enjoyed creating and solving the puzzles. #RamPride
